Welcome to Magic Matrimony – Genuine Profiles. Meaningful Matches. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Magic Matrimony website, mobile application and related services (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By registering, accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

Magic Matrimony is intended for persons who are legally eligible to enter into marriage under applicable Indian law. By registering, you confirm that the information provided by you is true and that you are legally eligible to use a matrimonial service. Parents, guardians or authorised family members may create or manage a profile on behalf of an eligible person where permitted.

2. Registration and Account

Users must provide accurate, complete and current information while creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You must not create multiple, duplicate, fake or misleading profiles. Magic Matrimony may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary.

3. Matrimonial Profiles

Users may provide information including name, age, photographs, education, occupation, family details, location, lifestyle, preferences, horoscope information and other matrimonial information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of information submitted by you. You must not upload information, photographs or content belonging to another person without appropriate permission.

4. Profile Verification

Magic Matrimony may provide or undertake profile verification using information or documents supplied by users or through available verification services. However, verification does not guarantee a member's identity, character, education, employment, income, family background, marital status, financial position, or suitability. Users must independently verify information before making matrimonial, personal or financial decisions.

5. Matchmaking Services

Magic Matrimony provides a technology platform to facilitate matrimonial introductions and help users discover potentially compatible profiles. We do not guarantee that a user will receive a match, response, marriage proposal, engagement or marriage. Compatibility recommendations are provided for informational and matchmaking purposes and should not be considered a guarantee of relationship or marriage success.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for genuine matrimonial purposes. You must not:

• Create fake, fraudulent or impersonated profiles.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate another member.
• Send unsolicited advertisements or spam.
• Solicit money, loans, investments or financial assistance from members.
• Attempt to obtain passwords, OTPs, banking details or confidential information.
• Use the Platform for escort services, dating services or unlawful activities.
• Promote businesses, products or services without our permission.
• Scrape, copy or commercially exploit member profiles or Platform data.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Upload viruses, malware or harmful code.
• Circumvent Platform security or access restrictions.
• Use another person's photograph or identity without authorisation.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

7. Communication Between Members

Magic Matrimony may provide features such as interests, messages, contact requests or other communication tools. Users are responsible for their communications and interactions with other members. We encourage users to exercise caution and independently verify the identity and information of another member before sharing personal information or meeting in person.

8. Safety and Fraud Prevention

Users should never share OTPs, passwords, bank account details, card information or other confidential financial information with another member. If any member requests money, makes suspicious claims, behaves abusively or appears fraudulent, you should immediately report the matter to Magic Matrimony and, where appropriate, the relevant law-enforcement authority.

Magic Matrimony may investigate suspected fraud, misuse or violations and may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where appropriate.

9. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Certain features or services may require payment. Applicable fees, subscription periods and features will be displayed before purchase. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the applicable payment provider to process your transaction.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a subscription does not guarantee a particular number of matches, responses, proposals, communications or marriage.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests will be governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed on the Platform. Subject to applicable law, subscription fees may generally not be refundable after a paid service has been activated or substantially used. In cases of duplicate payment, failed transactions or other payment errors, appropriate corrective action may be taken after verification.

11. User Content

You retain responsibility for the information, photographs and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Magic Matrimony a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and process that content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service, subject to your privacy settings and applicable law.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload such content.

12. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, abusive, fraudulent, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or otherwise inappropriate for a matrimonial platform.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

13. Privacy

Collection and processing of personal information is governed by the Magic Matrimony Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Users should review the Privacy Policy before using the Platform.

14. Astrology and Horoscope Services

Where horoscope, astrology, numerology or related services are provided, such services are intended for traditional, cultural and informational purposes. Magic Matrimony does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any astrology, horoscope or compatibility result and such information should not be treated as professional, medical, financial or legal advice.

15. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use third-party service providers for payment processing, hosting, SMS/OTP, analytics, communication, astrology APIs and other technical services. Certain features may also contain links to third-party websites. Magic Matrimony is not responsible for the independent policies, content or services of third parties.

16. Intellectual Property

The Magic Matrimony name, logo, trademarks, website design, application, software, content, graphics, text and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Magic Matrimony and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

Magic Matrimony may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms have been violated;
• False or fraudulent information has been provided;
• The account presents a safety or security risk;
• The Platform is being misused;
• The user engages in unlawful activity; or
• Such action is necessary to protect users, the Platform or our legal rights.

Users may request account closure in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable procedures.

18. Disclaimer

Magic Matrimony is a matrimonial introduction platform. We do not guarantee the identity, character, honesty, education, employment, income, financial status, family background, marital status, intentions, compatibility or suitability of any member.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and making their own decisions before communicating, meeting, becoming engaged, marrying or entering into any financial or other relationship with another member.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magic Matrimony shall not be responsible for losses arising from a user's interactions, communications, meetings or relationships with another member, inaccurate information provided by members, unauthorised conduct of users, third-party services, technical interruptions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magic Matrimony, its owners, employees, representatives and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights or misuse of the Platform.

21. Changes to the Platform

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or part of the Platform from time to time. We may also update these Terms when necessary. The updated version will be published on the Platform with the applicable effective date.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts specified by Magic Matrimony in its registered business details.
