Magic Matrimony is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and trustworthy matrimonial platform. Users are encouraged to report any profile, message, behaviour or activity that appears to be fraudulent, abusive, inappropriate or in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

If you encounter a suspicious or inappropriate profile:
Open the member's profile → Select “Report” → Choose the appropriate reason → Submit the report.
Where the reporting feature is not available, you may contact our support team directly.
If another member sends an inappropriate, threatening, fraudulent or suspicious message, use the available Report option or contact Magic Matrimony with relevant details.
Where possible, retain screenshots or other information that may help us investigate the complaint.
Never send money to another member solely because they claim to need financial assistance.
Magic Matrimony will never ask you to transfer money to another member.
If a member requests money, banking credentials, OTPs, gift cards, investments or other financial assistance, please report the account immediately.
Where financial fraud is suspected, we strongly recommend reporting it promptly to the appropriate law-enforcement or cybercrime authority.
After receiving a report, Magic Matrimony may review the reported account, profile information, messages or other relevant information available to us.
